On Saturday morning we were heading to a village located outside of Vilnius, the Lithuanian Capital. Our destination was a castle on an Island. The Castle was a Stronghold during the Lithuanian battles with Germany (Crusaders) and also against Russia if I understood right. The castle was really beautiful but almost nothing of its beauty are from the past, many parts of the castle has been rebuilt because of the wars.
After we had a guided tour at the Castle and some sightseeing we went to a restaurant that is located near the castle. Since we were guided by some of our co-workers in the Bank they recommended us to try this restaurant. A long time ago the Lithuanian king invited an small ethnic group from Turkey to come to live here and it was some ancestors to them that had this restaurant.
We had some bad luck when we were going home. One of the cars we came with was locked by a security device around one of the front wheels of the car. We had to call the parking control and also the police. The only thing that was very strange were that none of the policemen knew why the Parking Control guy had locked our car. But they were forced to give a fine of 50 litas, around 150 kr, to one of my co-worker, even as they did not know why they gave the fine to him… strange!
In the evening we discovered one of the best restaurants yet, here in Vilnius. Barbecue dishes as well as some Thai dishes. To our surprise the owner of the restaurant was a Swedish man. So next Saturday we are invited to join as they are going to have some Swedish traditional courses among the Scandinavians that are living here in Vilnius. It will be fun. After the restaurant we visit the Prospektas Nightclub! A really fun night, Lithuanian nightlife seems to be quite fun!

When I look at the pictures, I cannot believe that it was me that took them. Seems so surrealistic. I must go back soon!!
Seoul and Tokyo are definitely on my list of cities to go to next!

This Blog has been out of service for quite some time now, I don’t have any excuses other than laziness and less inspiration, but now when I secretly using my neighbors Internet connection I got some renewed energy to put up to some blogging again!N
Almost 6 months has passed since I first saw this kind of cardigan. I am still thinking that it is a piece of clothing you should have in your wardrobe… So the questions remains… – Why dont I have it yet?

Well, this week has been quite interesting, I got some bad news and I got some good news for you.
I am not able to share the bad information here in public as it is treated as confidential from the company I work for.
The good news on the other hand, will I share to the rest of the world! I have at last been offering an apartment!
So, now, I will be able to get a life, or at least, cook some food in my new home haha…
Just got home from the movies, we watched the new Jessica Alba movie “The Eye” I will give it the rating 4 out of 10 possible stars or whatever you want to rate it with… pink candy or waterboilers… up to you… 4 out of 10 as mentioned…
I will apply for a contest soon, I will tell you guys some more about it when I have written my application letter.
Now it is time to move on…. into my bed… yey!
Today, I was in search of a new jacket and a new pair of shoes. Do you think I got both of them? You wrong, do you think I got one of the things I wanted to buy? You are wrong again…
I did not find anything I liked…
Here I am, living in the capital of Sweden, STOCKHOLM!!!!
And, for some particular reason… I dont find anything of interest.
Sigh…
I think I will place an order from Yesstyle, I have seen at least one thing I want to buy!

Pain and future plans

Today was the day that I went through a minor surgery, but the pain is still the same.
A couple of hours ago the amnesia left my body, I could barely walk home from the subway. Sometimes it would be
nice to have company.
I have some thoughts about looking into the tenement market here in Stockholm.
Feels like I have to buy a flat if I am going to stay a few years here in the capital of Sweden.

Monday, I can not say that I hate Mondays, but there is something about this day that makes me having this awkward feeling inside of me.
Probably, im not the only one having this feeling, probably Im one of thousands of thousands of people feeling this way at the first day at the week.
So, like me, if you dont have anything to do, read some more about the day that we are so eager to get trough.
